We are strong believers in providing decent housing to tenants, and taking care of any problems that arise. Because of that we expect to receive the rent on time. If a tenant falls behind in paying the rent, we try to take action within a few days. If a tenant gets a month or more behind, they usually can not ‘catch up’ again.
